ActivCore FEX™ Trainer Certificate Series $1240 Series Materials Included
This two part series teaches fitness and wellness professionals how to maximally utilize ActivCore functional exercise to help people of all fitness levels. This technology increases muscle activation, builds functional strength, and develops core stability better than any other equipment currently available. The ActivCore FEX™ Trainer Certificate is awarded after attendance at the ActivCore FEX™ Basic and ActivCore FEX™ Intermediate courses, completion of the associated independent practice requirements, and passing the ActivCore FEX™ Trainer Certification exam.
ActivCore FEX™ Basic Course
Through this intensive 2-day, hands-on course, a performance or wellness professional will gain a working knowledge of the innovative ActivCore FEX™ functional exercise technique. Participants will learn principles of sling-based training, numerous open and closed kinetic chain exercises, and how to grade the difficulty of the exercises for a wide range of fitness levels. Participants will need to complete 25 practice hours following the course to complete the Basic requirements and to be eligible to attend the ActivCore FEX™ Intermediate course.

ActivCore FEX™ Intermediate Course
During this 2-day, hands-on course, performance and wellness professionals learn how to perform muscle assessment tests and offloading procedures, and additional open & closed kinetic chain exercises. Participants will take the certification exam at the conclusion of the course and will need to complete 25 practice hours following the course to earn ActivCore FEX Trainer Certificate.

A minimum of 6 participants is required to hold a course. For optimal participation and practical, hands-on training, class size is limited to 4 participants per piece of professional equipment (usually 12 participants).
