Introduction to Neurac® $545 Materials Included
A comprehensive 2-day course
When muscles become weakened or inactive through overuse, inactivity or trauma, functional performance and quality of life are compromised. The Introduction to Neurac® course introduces physical therapy and rehabilitation professionals to a Norwegian stabilization exercise and neuromuscular activation technique (Neurac®). Neurac® includes assessment of muscle dysfunction and progressions of functional exercise to re-activate and strengthen stabilizing and global muscles.

A comprehensive 2-day course building on what was learned in Introduction to Neurac®
The Neurac® 1 course builds on the skills obtained in the introductory course in addition to training therapists in techniques for patients with neck injuries. Participants will further their understanding of the theoretical basis underlying neuromuscular reactivation, gain skills in the identification of musculoskeletal dysfunction and enhance their ability to apply sling exercises to improve stability, balance and neuromuscular function.
