Nick Holm is a physical therapist who specializes in treating golfers, as a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) golf medical level 3 practitioner. He also specializes in the evaluation and treatment of TMJ disorders and headache syndromes with more than a decade of clinical experience.
Nick works at Activcore in Denver, Colorado, located just a mile from the popular Cherry Creek Shopping District. As an avid golfer himself, Nick has a special interest in golf and other rotational sports. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University, as well as advanced post-graduate training in the evaluation and treatment of professional, amateur and junior level golfers through the prestigious Titleist Performance Institute. He is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, and has extensive experience working with people who suffer from TMJD jaw pain, headaches, neck tightness, and postural dysfunction.
Nick goes beyond the symptoms and looks at the whole body to help you recover from pain and injury, and safely return to a fulfilling life of sport, activity and wellness. He is among less than 1% of all physical therapists to be certified by TPI as a level 3 medical practitioner, making him exceptionally equipped to treat you from head to toe. Additionally, he is recognized nationally as a leading authority in the application of Redcord, a suspension exercise system designed to help you develop a smarter, balanced body through the power of neuromuscular activation.
Nick grew up in Houston, Texas and fell in love with physical therapy at a young age. After multiple knee surgeries, due to high school sports injuries, Nick decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. He was accepted to the accelerated Masters program at Boston University with academic scholarship. Several Red Sox games and St. Patrick’s days later, Nick graduated and moved to Denver to start his career. He has been practicing in the Denver area since 2007 and joined the Activcore team in 2016 after receiving training in the Neurac method using the Redcord sling suspension system.
An eternal optimist, Nick recognizes his passion for guiding and encouraging other people to live their most active lives, without settling for anything less than what makes them truly happy. Nick believes that trust and dependability are fundamental to achieving optimal outcomes, and he strives to treat clients as if they were members of his own family.

Activcore has been awesome! The whole team is great. Nick Holm is the best PT I have ever worked with. Fixed two separate issues in a matter of days, and also helped improve my golf game. He's fun to work with, as well. Nothing but great things to say about Activcore!
Went to Activcore as I was having back issues as have had back surgery several years ago (L4 discectomy) and my back pain had flared up again. As I have played college and semi-professional basketball I have been around a fair amount of physical trainers/therapists in my life. Therefore, when I write that I had a great experience with Nick Holm and Activcore, I am going off more than 15 years of experience with trainers. I went to Nick and he not only showed me several things I have never tried before but also made an immediate impact on overall pain. When the pain goes from pretty intense to manageable to basically non-existent that is huge (as anyone with back issues can attest). Highly recommend Nick and Activcore for all PT issues.
