Kylie Faildo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who specializes in pelvic health. She primarily works at Activcore in Denver, Colorado, located just one mile from the popular Cherry Creek Shopping District.

Kylie graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Human Development and Women's Studies. Then she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach.

Kylie began her career working primarily in orthopedics, treating diagnoses ranging from post-surgery to various sports injuries. She has developed a passion for pelvic floor PT after working with moms and soon-to-be-moms. Kylie is pelvic health trained and a certified specialist in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise. Most recently, she has been learning how to provide pelvic fitness through the teachings of Becky Keller, the nation's leading authority in Low Pressure Fitness.

Kylie is also passionate about working with clients experiencing pelvic pain and dysfunction including dyspareunia (painful intercourse), incontinence, May-Thurner syndrome, and more. She has also been trained in breast cancer rehab and lymphatic drainage.

Kylie believes that movement is medicine. She's very passionate about helping people live a pain-free life, and to reach their personal and fitness related goals.

Prior to her career as a physical therapist, Kylie worked as a social worker, helping individuals receive various support services. She enjoyed working one-on-one with clients, but yearned for a career that incorporated her love of health, wellness, and the intricacies of the human body. So she decided PT was the right fit.

When she isn’t working, Kylie enjoys exercise in the forms of HIIT classes, cycling, and resistance training, as well hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

My Reviews

Dr. Kylie Faildo is fabulous! I was having problems with my back and hips as I was training for a half marathon. Dr. Kylie worked with me using the Redcord system and also gave me exercises to do at home to strengthen my lower back and hips. I had great results and finished my half marathon pain-free and set a new personal best! On top of all the great treatments I received, Dr. Kylie is incredibly nice. It was a great pleasure to receive physical therapy from her. I highly recommend Activcore to anyone.

I worked with Dr. Kylie at the Denver location and she was amazing. I feel noticeably better than when I went in and have a good plan moving forward. Kylie really listened to what I had to say and was so phenomenal and sensitive during our PT sessions. I would happily recommend her to everyone! Thank you so much for your help, Kylie!

I saw Dr. Kylie Faildo for my first prenatal session. She made me feel comfortable and safe. I wasn't sure what to expect but she explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and implement. She provided me exercises to practice at home and provided very helpful information during my session. I can't wait to see how this journey helps me and my baby!

Kylie has helped me feel confident in my body and strong again after having my first child. I saw her on a weekly basis leading up to the birth of my son which was a great prep for labor and delivery. I then saw her right after birth to help get my strength back.
