Join Dr. Chelsea Speegle every first Thursday of the month at Activcore Littleton for this 1-hour drop-in class focused on Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) and the powerful hypopressive “vacuum” technique. Designed for both women and men, this empowering class will teach you guided breathwork and corrective exercises that build deep core strength, improve breathing, and target symptoms like prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation, urgency, and more. Note: To participate in this class, you must have previously attended a hypopressive workshop (or a private session) and be able to perform the hypopressive "vacuum" technique.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Partners are welcome (and encouraged!) to join — they'll gain hands-on tools and active support techniques to help you through every stage of labor. This workshop is ideal for those 28+ weeks pregnant who want to feel strong, informed, and supported heading into birth.
