Are you ready to strengthen your core, improve your posture, and boost your pelvic health — without crunches or high-impact workouts? Join Dr. Chelsea Speegle every first Thursday of the month at Activcore Littleton for this 1-hour drop-in class focused on Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) and the powerful hypopressive “vacuum” technique. Designed for both women and men, this empowering class will teach you guided breathwork and corrective exercises that build deep core strength, improve breathing, and target symptoms like prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation, urgency, and more. Note: To participate in this class, you must have previously attended a hypopressive workshop (or a private session) and be able to perform the hypopressive "vacuum" technique.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
