PARKINSON'S FITNESS CLASS

Join Dr. Nadia Ruffing and Dr. Beata Thomas at Activcore Princeton for an empowering 6-week class series designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson's Disease. Led by experienced instructors, this class offers a supportive environment where you can enhance your mobility, balance, and overall well-being. Our "PWR!" program integrates a variety of exercises tailored to address the unique challenges associated with Parkinson's Disease. From gentle stretching to dynamic movements, each session is carefully crafted to promote flexibility, strength and coordination, while connecting with a supportive community of individuals who understand your journey.

IGNITE YOUR CORE: PELVIC FITNESS (online class)

Every Tuesday at 10am EST, join Becky Keller via Zoom for a 60-minute pelvic fitness class. From the comfort of your own home, you will strengthen your deep core muscles, including the pelvic floor, as you are guided through specialized exercises that improve bladder control, pelvic support, strength, posture and balance. This is an ongoing class so join in at any fitness level!
