Evelyn works at the front desk at Activcore in Colorado Springs, the city she’s proudly called home since childhood. A devoted mother and health advocate, she loves exploring Colorado’s four seasons with her 15-year-old son through hikes, road trips, and time outdoors.

A former entrepreneur, Evelyn owned and operated a successful organic café and juice bar for nine years, fueling her lifelong passion for holistic wellness. She holds a master’s degree in holistic nutrition and is a Board Certified Holistic Healing Counselor through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with additional training in life, relationship, and parenting coaching through Robbins-Madanes Training.

Outside of work, Evelyn enjoys spending time with family and friends—and her two playful cats, Boots and White Kitty. She’s passionate about creating warm, supportive environments that help others feel their best.
