My Reviews

Dr. Natalie Keefe is a breath of fresh air — her care, compassion, and deep knowledge made all the difference in helping me accomplish my pelvic floor PT goals. She created a space where I felt completely supported and at ease. The relaxed, peaceful vibe here is second to none. I’m beyond grateful for this experience and highly recommend Natalie to anyone seeking genuine, holistic healing.

I learned at one point that every traditional culture has bodywork support to heal after birth. Modern medicine hasn't changed anything - we need it too. Dr. Natalie is perceptive, cheerful, warm, knowledgeable, and has quite a number of tools and techniques at her disposal. I met my diastasis and recovery goals and we had time to work on some extra stuff (from a car accident 15 years ago). Everyone should come here (or somewhere similar) after every birth!!!

Dr. Natalie Keefe is the best! She was so knowledgeable and supportive throughout the treatment process. She is so passionate about pelvic floor health and it shows! She goes the extra mile to learn all that she can about pelvic floor PT and she is inspired to move the field forward to help many more women heal. She listened patiently and carefully to my concerns. Her approach to healing is one of a kind and I am so happy with the progress I made. Thank you <3

Working with Dr. Natalie has been a great experience. I was pointed in their direction during pregnancy to help get my baby in a better position. I appreciated the education and exercises I received, including push practice. I feel more prepared and empowered for labor and delivery. Natalie is gentle, caring, and easy to talk with. I have no doubt she has the skills, experience, and expertise to help you reach your goals.

I was facing discouragement with my prolapse diagnosis when I, thankfully, discovered this place. From the start, their staff was warm, welcoming and THEY LISTENED! I worked specifically with Dr. Natalie Keefe who was able to strategically provide her knowledge, hands-on therapy, appropriate exercises and other modalities to find an answer to my situation. Forever grateful for her kind, gentle, intuitive and professional demeanor. Her never ending optimism and relentless presentation of options has assisted me in my treatment process.

Dr. Natalie is the absolute best, after an unplanned C-section she helped me feel better than ever postpartum and confident returning to the intense level of exercise I’m accustomed to. You’ll leave each session with all your questions answered and an exercise plan to execute at home. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring, I have already recommended her to several people and will be back to see her in the future for pregnancy/postpartum work!

If you are preparing for labor, I highly recommend this place. Dr. Natalie personalized our sessions and gave me a list of simple at-home exercises so I could make progress on the daily. This extended my mobility so I felt good on my feet and could still walk my dog 2-3mi/day all the way up to 38.5 weeks, when the baby dropped. She also led me through a pushing workshop so I could actually rehearse for the big event. Thanks to her, I had to push for only an hour and seven minutes the morning my son was born.

Cannot recommend you enough! Dr. Natalie was incredibly helpful and supportive during my postpartum journey. Highly recommend to anyone ready to feel more like themselves after pregnancy and childbirth!
