LOW PRESSURE FITNESS

Activcore is a proud provider of Low Pressure Fitness (LPF). This is a movement system specially designed to improve posture, core stability, and pelvic health through “pressureless” workouts. By applying a breathing technique (called hypopressives) in combination with mindful movement patterns, you will strengthen the deepest core muscles. REDCORD

Redcord is the gold standard in suspension exercise. Developed in Norway, this "zero-gravity" system helps you rebalance your body from head to toe through the power of neuromuscular activation. It's sort of like how a mechanic lifts your car to balance the tires and fix the alignment. LEARN MORE

PILATES

Pilates is available at our Atlanta (Druid Hills) and Denver (Cherry Creek) locations only. We use specialized apparatus, such as the Reformer, Tower and Wunda Chair. GYROTONIC

The Gyrotonic method is available at our Atlanta (Druid Hills and Johns Creek) locations only. Improve your health, boost athletic performance, and reduce joint and muscle pain. Whereas Pilates equipment is spring-based, Gyrotonic equipment is a weight-based pulley system that simultaneously provides traction and resistance to give you stretch and strength. LEARN MORE
