Every Tuesday at 10am EST, join a pelvic health physical therapist via Zoom for this 60-minute pelvic fitness class. From the comfort of your own home, you will strengthen your deep core muscles, including the pelvic floor, as you are guided through specialized exercises that improve bladder control, pelvic support, strength, posture and balance. Every Monday at 9am EST, join Dr. Katie Doyle-Elmer for a 6-week online class series to help you reconnect to your core following the birth of a baby. This class series is fitness based with progressive exercises, functional movements and education on varying postpartum topics. Zoom recordings and handouts will be provided weekly. FREE PREGNANCY CLASS (video)

This is a free 40-minute online class for soon-to-be moms. Developed by 3 pelvic health physical therapists at Activcore, it covers some of the basics about your pelvic floor anatomy, pelvic floor function (and dysfunction), breathing strategies, birthing positions, pushing mechanics, and exercises you can do after giving birth.
