What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is the delivery of health and wellness services over the internet. Some examples of the programming offered by Activcore include: private exercise instruction; natural movement patterns; posture, balance and breathing; virtual movement assessments; and corrective exercises to address underlying muscle imbalances.

At Activcore, we offer telehealth to anyone who is interested in developing a smarter, balanced body. We offer private telehealth sessions between just you and your own personalized physical therapist or performance specialist. This level of personalized attention is just like the one-on-one care we deliver in the our facilities, but from the convenience of your own home or workplace.

We also offer online group exercise classes (Pilates, Yoga, kettlebells, etc.) as well as educational workshops on specialized areas of interest, such as sport-specific movement assessments, concussion management, ACL tear prevention, men's health, pregnancy and postpartum issues, and pediatric pelvic health.


How does it work?

Due to the coronavirus crisis, we are getting an overwhelming number of requests for telehealth. Simply fill out an inquiry form and someone from Activcore will reach out to you to get you started.

Once you are scheduled for a telehealth session, your provider will send you a Zoom link. Simply click on that link from a computer (with a camera) or from your smartphone at the scheduled time. That's it!


What equipment is needed?

You will need a smartphone (iPhone, Android, etc.) and/or a computer with a camera.
