Are you ready to strengthen your core, improve your posture, and boost your pelvic health — without crunches or high-impact workouts? Join Dr. Ashlea Lytle every first and third Friday of the month at Activcore Castle Rock for this 1-hour drop-in class focused on Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) and the powerful hypopressive “vacuum” technique. Designed for both women and men, this empowering class will teach you guided breathwork and corrective exercises that build deep core strength, improve breathing, and target symptoms like prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation, urgency, and more. Note: To participate in this class, you must have previously attended a hypopressive workshop (or a private session) and be able to perform the hypopressive "vacuum" technique.

Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

FREE PREGNANCY CLASS (video)

This is a free 40-minute online class for soon-to-be moms. Developed by 3 pelvic health physical therapists at Activcore, it covers some of the basics about your pelvic floor anatomy, pelvic floor function (and dysfunction), breathing strategies, birthing positions, pushing mechanics, and exercises you can do after giving birth.
