This is a free 40-minute online class for soon-to-be moms. Developed by 3 pelvic health physical therapists at Activcore, it covers some of the basics about your pelvic floor anatomy, pelvic floor function (and dysfunction), breathing strategies, birthing positions, pushing mechanics, and exercises you can do after giving birth.
