Wendy's Story: Running Injury and Hip Pain

"I’ve had hip pain for about 10 years. I’ve always considered it an old running injury. It's been so long since it didn't hurt to sit. I thought my running days were completely over. But after just a few sessions at Activcore with Lance, I've really been able to get a lot more movement out of my hip and a lot more flexibility. I even started running again!”
